Call for support to community productive initiatives under the Amazonia+ program

"Support for community and associative productive initiatives in agriculture and livestock processes in the Amazon region for the prevention and mitigation of deforestation, environmental degradation and wildfires". Amazonia+ Project

At COOPI, with funding from the European Union and within the framework of the Amazonía+ Project, we are launching the call for proposals to support community/associative productive initiatives aimed at replacing the use of fire in agriculture and livestock, reducing deforestation, and strengthening community-based territorial management.

Who can apply?
Civil society organizations, associations/cooperatives, and community foundations engaged in agricultural or livestock activities with proven experience in the sector.

Themes:
Fire prevention and mitigation · Good agricultural and livestock practices · Community monitoring and early warning · Sustainable forest use · Women’s leadership · Fire-free productive alternatives.
